3 things I get from this photo:
 -The people in the photo are very relaxed and seem not to be that worried about what they are doing.
 -You can tell that they are not worried because they are laughing and probably joking with each other
 -People in the background are probably from bp since they are not the target of the photograph we don't know how they are feeling.

When I read the title of the article I was confused as to why the picture didn't match the title. I was expected by reading the title to see strict looking businessmen.

This article gives me confidence in our President. I feel like he could do more for our country by being out there and doing things rather than sitting in a press conference just answering questions.

The caption looks like it would go with this photo. The President looks like he could possibly be listening and posed to answer questions that are presented to him.
